Stuck on Quest ARMED SHIPS

Alright. I can't seem to figure this one out. Its probably simple but I'm stuck on this. It says I need to purchase 1000 cannon balls, 1 ship deck, and 70 cannons. And then report to Ares Warrior Alliance Master.

I've collected all thats needed but when I go to Ares it says "PLEASE CHECK LOAD".

What in the world do I need to do. It keeps telling me to tidy up my ships to be under a certain load. But its way below how much the total of what they asked me to buy are. Any help would be greatfull. Thank you.
